Municipal Committee is the oldest
organization in Shabqadar fort. Its started its services in the
early of 1951 under the control of district officer as a Town Committee.
After three years it closed by the government due to some of its
internal reasons and again started its functionality in 1958. Its
local officer of Town Committee was a Chairman and some time as
a Administrator. The Chairman was selected by the local people for
certain time of period through local elections. The basic functions
of Town Committee are the streets and narrows construction, drainage
and water supply to fields as will cleaning of town committee areas
locally.

| A court is a particular
place for bring peace and provide justice for every community in
the region. In 1988 once Shabqadar became a sub Tehsil the Resident
Magistrate use to handle the small cases. In 1996 with separation
of Judiciary from Executive Civil Judge Justice Ibne Ali use to
come 2 days in a week to Shabqadar Court. In 1997 a full time Civil
Judge started in Shabqadar Court. |

Police is a department which bring
peace in a region. There was a sub police station (Chaukee) of Batagram
Police station. 1975 the sub police station was upgraded to a Police
station. The present Police Station was stoned by IGP Masood in
1985. Now numbers of sub police station (Chaukee) are working under
it. It is playing its rule of bringing peace, justice and avoiding
crimes from Shabqadar.

is playing most important rule for the communication through out
the world. It is the quick and easy way for getting in touch with
each other at any part of the world.
The Shabqadar Telephone exchange was working as a analog. Its control
was in Shabqadar FC center. For the telecommunication people used
to connect the center as an exchange and they then were connected
to their desire no. In 1990 the Telephone exchange new building
was stoned and started its digital operation in 1993. In 2005 there
are all most three thousands consumers of PTCL is Shabqadar.

Pakistan Post Office is one of
the oldest government departments in the Sub-Continent. After independence
from the Great Britain it began functioning as the Department of
Post & Telegraph. In 1962 it was separated from the Telegraph
& Telephone and was launched as an independent attached department
of the Ministry of Communications. Its started its operation in
Shabqadar "1963 ". It is delivering the letters, parcels
and many other important baggage's to the people of Shabqadar at
time.
