In the health sector there are two government hospitals and numbers of private clinics are operating. The two main Government hospitals are, Government Civil Hospital Shabqadar. Animals Government Shabqadar Fort.

It is situated on main Mechanee road. The hospital been stoned in 1957 by Governor of NWFP Mr. Ayub Khan. The hospital has a beautiful building. There are more than 100 beds for the patients. There are ten reserve beds for casualty. The hospital has one operation theater with new and advance equipments. The x-ray machine and a laboratory diagnose the patients disease. There are separate block for children and dentistry departments. Doctors are doing their jobs day and night for the saving of value able human health.

A Government Hospital for Animals is situated 200 Meters in the west from main road of Peshawar (Pahlawan Qilla).
The hard worker and specialized doctors are working for the valuable health's of animals. They are giving treatments and provide medicines from the hospital funds.

Numbers of Private hospitals and clinics are operating in the health field in Shabqadar Village. All these clinics have well experienced and professional personals for the human serve. On every Sunday the well known professors and surgeons specially use to treat the patients.
